Effective communication is an essential skill for successful Power Exchange.
In this hands-on workshop, we explore fundamentals of effective communication, including active listening, non-verbal communication, and assertiveness. Participants learn how to express themselves clearly, understand others’ perspectives, and build rapport with others. We emphasize verbal communication, the importance of tone and adapting communication style to diverse situations. Attendees will learn how to handle difficult conversation, provide feedback, and resolve conflict constructively in a Power Exchange Context
This class is designed for anyone who wants to improve their communication skills, regardless of experience level. By the end, participants will better understand effective communication, building strong relationships, and the role of communication in achieving their relationship goals. Participants will practice the tools necessary to express themselves clearly, listen actively, and handle challenging situations with confidence.
This is a hands-on workshop where we will be pairing up individuals to practice communication techniques. Please bring a partner, friend, or other person with whom you would like to work on your communication!
