Discussing the unrealistic expectations those whom serve place on ourselves. We will address how to acknowledge this, address it within ourselves, give ourselves grace and maintain a healthy balance. My desired outcome is we exchange ideas/methods of working smarter not harder as well. Anyone who puts service as a priority is welcome to attend.
